Functional Capacity Evaluation
An evaluation that is conducted following an offer of employment to determine if the job candidate is functionally capable of performing the job or has an undisclosed injury that would inhibit job performance.
The HTPN Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is recognized for its documentation of a worker's present abilities, versatility, and ease of use. This evaluation is an excellent objective measurement tool for determining present physical capabilities. It is also useful for facilitating case or claim resolution because of its practicality, safety and objectivity. Our FCE is only performed by a licensed physical or occupational therapist, and the results are presented in a user-friendly report. Our examination is a comprehensive evaluation which includes:
