October 2-3, Boca Raton Florida HTPN hosted its 10th FCE Certification Licensing
Training Program for HTPN providers. As a leader in our field, HTPN proudly
hosts this training program for our providers. This training course provides two
full days of classroom instruction and hands on training in the HTPN Functional
Capacity Evaluation methods. The course will highlight the theoretical methods
of functional testing, providing a standardized step by step methodology for
Functional Capacity Testing, and thoroughly explain the clinical rationale
necessary for interpretation of functional capacity data. The participant will
have access to the HTPN FCE training manual, template and patient packet. This
training seminar will reinforce an understanding of Workers’ Compensation, Short
and Long Term Disability and rating Physical Demand Categories. The participant
will learn methods to enhance rehabilitation outcomes through functional
evaluation and rehabilitation approach. HTPN Providers gain valued training that
prepares them to perform FCEs for HTPN and other referral sources. HTPN is one
of the largest FCE Networks nationally with major contracts spanning both
workers’ compensation and disability markets. Training provides a valued
opportunity to increase provider’s referral base, industry skills and knowledge.

centralized email for new referrals has been implemented. This system allows
streamlined communication processes to ensure the quickest response industry

In order to meet our growing customer base, HTPN has rolled out a new telecommunication systems to further enhance its services. Customers will continue to call the same toll free number and our friendly knowledgeable staff of referral coordinators are available to assist.
Individual extension numbers have changed, however a user friendly directory is available.
A benefit of the new system provides an even greater increase in response time and increased access to the referral coordination team.
