Kelly Ingram-Mitchell, MPT, CEAS
Director of Operations
Kelly Ingram-Mitchell is a Master level physical therapist with a solid background in industrial rehabilitation, and injury management. Kelly is HTPN's founding Director overseeing day to day network operations since HTPN’s inception in 2002. She has developed numerous onsite programs for employers, prevention and ergonomic assessment templates, HTPN’s Injury Management Program, and the HTPN Functional Capacity Evaluation system.
She has served as an industrial consultant to employers including: Seaboard Marine, Toledo Public Schools, Dura, AOL, Volvo, Ping, Kaiser Permanente, Great Lakes Dock and Dredging, Rayonier, City of Jacksonville, and Federal agencies. Kelly has developed training modules and programs for the National Safety Council Labor Division Conference, as well as for HTPN providers and clients. She has consulted with business partners internationally in England and Australia.
Kelly is a member of APTA and has been an invited speaker and lectured extensively for major insurance carriers, case management organizations, and industry specific conferences.
